excellent location and attentive service
central location attentive team fresh food great view
i found the hotel to be wonderfully located near many historical sites. i did not need taxis to reach major attractions. the staff took great care of my requests and needs. the breakfast offered fresh food with an very nice view of piazza venezia.
the elevator got crowded often especially with guests heading to the rooftop bar

my junior suite fori imperiali included comfortable furniture and a well stocked mini bar it also featured large windows that offered great natural light the bathroom was spacious with high end toiletries.

the staff managed requests very quickly they also provided helpful recommendations the concierge helped me with reservations and transportation i received prompt and efficient assistance at all times.

i am so excited to share about my suite! the premium twin room view had very nice sights. a very clean separate lounge exist in the room, but i didn't use it much!
there's just one tiny elevator. it became a nightmare to get to the rooftop sometimes.

efficient desk amazing room excellent staff
The front desk was super efficient for check in. I also got an awesome room upgrade it was amazing. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar with all the views and excellent staff.
The elevator was a bit crowded, it could get busy sometimes.

great view kind staff strict policy cancellation policy
The hotel had a good location. It was near many sites. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good with a great view. I find that the room had everything I needed.
The lift was not great. Many people used it to get to the bar. It sometimes seemed like a furnace because of the heat. The trips I tried to change had a very strict cancellation policy. I have a difficulty to understand why there was a lack of knowledge on who they were booked with.
